Did you know that July is National Anti-Boredom Month? Do something different to beat boredom. Try a new recipe or hobby. Learn new words or a different language. Write poetry or a funny story. Attend a community event or a local sports game. Visit the library or the museum. Plant a flower or paint a picture. Get active, stay motivated, and engage your mind. You may be surprised at all the great things you can do!
