For many young people in our community, this isn't a "what if."

𝕀𝕥’𝕤 𝕥𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥.

Our Synergy Street Outreach team is on the ground every day, meeting youth exactly where they are. We provide more than just a friendly face; we provide the literal survival gear that keeps our kids safe, dry, and seen.

But right now? Our shelves are getting thin.

We aren't just looking for "stuff."

❖─◈─ We’re looking for ─◈─❖
𝐇𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬: Because everyone deserves to feel clean.
𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐚𝐫: To protect against the unpredictable PA elements.
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐛-𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐆𝐨 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬: Fuel for a long night when the next meal isn't guaranteed.

The most powerful way you can stand with us today is by helping us restock the van. We’ve made it easy to bridge the gap between your heart and their hands.

Imagine navigating a lease, a job hunt, and grocery budgeting at 18 with no one to call...

Our life skills program ensures no young person has to "figure it out" alone.

Why do we focus on ages 14 to 23?
💡This is the most critical window for brain development and independence.
💡Without support, 50% of foster youth end up homeless within 18 months of aging out.
💡We are the bridge to adulthood, building foundations for their future.

Be part of the Foundation this Give Local and support Valley Youth House! There's still time! https://mtyc.co/2kr4if

It’s easier to build strong children than to fix broken systems.

Our school prevention programs stop the cycle before it starts. A steady 98% success rate over the last 3 and half years at keeping our young people out of the system😁!

Be the bridge between a crisis and a future. Support Valley Youth House for Give Local York! Your donation directly impacts the young people of York County. https://mtyc.co/t6ffig
