Last night, our Appreciation Committee treated BSES teachers & staff to a buffet dinner during parent-teacher conferences to help them power through a late night at school! 🥗🍲 They enjoyed Olive Garden’s salad, breadsticks, and signature Zuppa Toscana and Chicken Gnocchi soups, along with a homemade broccoli cheddar soup, cupcakes from Momma Kay’s, and other sweet treats. 🧁

Thank you, Sodium Dental, for funding new STEAM materials & activities for Mrs. Smith's 1st grade classroom's Morning Bins! 🌟 Morning Bins give students the chance to start their school day at their own pace, collaborate & problem-solve with peers, and explore skills they already have or have yet to discover! 🧠✨

⚙️ New Activities include: Magnatiles, interlocking disc blocks, gears for building, suction cup builders, how-to-draw books, lace sewing cards, Uno card games, & a variety of crafting materials!

BSES teachers, staff, and drivers are the pick of the patch! 🎃 Thanks to our Appreciation Committee, everyone received a fall treat bag filled with local favorites -- a pumpkin cream cheese swirl muffin from Momma Kay’s, Kimes Cider Mill cider, an apple from Lerew Orchards, a gourd from Hilltop Farm Market, & an applesauce cup. 🍎🍁

Our 2025 Race for Education was a RAVING success! 🎉 Together, our incredible BSES families, students, teachers, & staff raised $27,200 to support field trips, family fun events, & so much more. We’re so proud of what our school community can achieve when we come together!
