Logan T. won the Yorba Linda National Civics Bee regional competition and then the California state competition. This week he’s representing Yorba Linda and California at the National Civics Bee Championship in Washington, D.C.

Logan wants to be Chief Justice one day, and his competition essay made the case for creative learning in the classroom. 🏆 Orange County students are headed to the national stage! 🇺🇸

The Yorba Linda Chamber of Commerce Foundation is incredibly proud to congratulate the three students who represented our National Civics Bee® Yorba Linda Regional Competition at the California State Competition this past weekend!

🥇 Logan – 1st Place (Advances to the National Championship in Washington, D.C.!)
🥈 A***n – 2nd Place
🥉 Deon – 3rd Place

In an incredible accomplishment, our three regional finalists swept the top three spots at the California State Competition, showcasing the talent, leadership, and civic knowledge of Orange County’s next generation of leaders.

The Foundation is honored to help inspire young people through the National Civics Bee. After making history by hosting California’s first-ever National Civics Bee Regional Competition in 2025, we are thrilled to see our students continue to excel on the state and national stage.

Congratulations, Logan, A***n, and Deon! We are so proud of your hard work and dedication, and we wish Logan the very best as he prepares to represent California at the National Civics Bee Championship in Washington, D.C. this fall.

The journey continues, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🎉
