Our club attended the summer conference organized by the Orange District of Woman’s Club taking place in Garden Grove on July 31st.
Our club was well represented, look for the purple shirts!
Always glad to learn more and interact with so many ladies from all over Orange County. Over 200 ladies attended!
And always glad to support the OD new president, our very own Linda Queen. And proud that Marcia Willett represents us at the state level.

YLWC members had the honor and pleasure of attending the Venture Academy Graduation Ceremony on June 3rd. Lucy Huerta and Kathi Angus presented 4 Challenge Awards with checks to outstanding graduates. Terry Kuester, along with District staff, PYLUSD trustees, and Principal Rebecca Allen celebrated with the students as they begin their next chapters. It was a wonderful and moving ceremony.

About a dozen members assembled at Jessamyn Park in Yorba Linda for the installation of our brand new bench. We have worked all year to raise the funds to pay for this new bench. City employees work their magic and install the bench in minutes. Many thanks to Stacie Shepard, who coordinated all of this with the city. When you can, stop by Jessamyn Park on Yorba Linda Blvd. where you will find our little library next to our brand new bench and the tree we planted last year. We love Yorba Linda💜

Do you know that all the money raised during our Craft Fairs fund the academic and art scholarships that we hand out in May to high school students?
We are so thankful for the support of our community. This weekend we will be offering a selection of 38 baskets that will be available for raffle. Please stop by the main lobby and purchase your raffle tickets! The pictures show a very small variety of the baskets, there will be many more. Come and check them out, our ladies have worked so hard and they are beautiful! The drawing of the raffle will be taking place on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 PM in the main lobby. You do not need to be present to win.

The Egg Hunt will kick off our Spring Craft Fair. In addition the Easter Bunny will be visiting us on Saturday March 7th from 9:00 to 10:00 am. There will be over 1,000 eggs and many photo opportunities! Tell your friends and join us!
