For the work you do, day in and day out.
For the steadiness, the patience, and the care you give, even when it goes unnoticed.
For every woman who mothers, in families, in friendships, in quiet, everyday ways.
And we’re grateful for the example of Mary, our Mother, who shows us what faithful love looks like.

Today's Gospel (May 3, 2026). Have a Blessed Day.

“I am the way and the truth and the life.” — John 14:6

In today’s Gospel, Jesus speaks words of comfort to His disciples: “Do not let your hearts be troubled.” He promises that He is preparing a place for us and reveals that the path to the Father is not a roadmap, but a relationship with Him.

To know Jesus is to know the Father. To follow Him is to walk in truth and life. Even in uncertainty, we are not without direction. We are invited to trust in Him.

🙏 Lord, strengthen our faith, calm our fears, and help us follow You as the way that leads to life.

On May 1, the Church honors St. Joseph the Worker as a model of faithful labor.

In the quiet workshop of Nazareth, Joseph showed us that work done with love can become a path to holiness. Every honest task, no matter how small, can glorify God.

St. Joseph the Worker,
help us to work with humility, patience, and love.
Teach us to offer our daily labor to God
for the good of our families and the world.
