Last week, our club created and delivered "Blessing Bags" for women residing at The Fountains at Rivervue. Each bag was assembled with personal care items, and small gifts meant to brighten someone's day.

This project was meaningful because it gave us the opportunity to serve members of our community. We are grateful for the chance to share kindness, and to give back when we can.

Service projects like this remind us that helping others is important, rewarding and fun!

Recollecting our first backpack drive in 2024 for which we received an award from the Kiwanis NY District. Backpacks are a great way to give items to others and we love to fill them!

It's Aktion Club week and we are proud to shine a light on the great work our club members do in service to their community.

Here are pictures of club members "showing their K in every way" at the 2025 Westchester/Hudson Valley & Fairfield County Autism Speaks Walk. Joined by Governor and First Lady Gordon and Marie Soderholm, they collectively raised $650 for Autism awareness and research.

Way to go, Yonkers Aktion Club!
