Lorrie and I are members of the Capon Valley Ruritan in Yellow Spring, WV. Lions, Kiwanis and Rotary clubs are the most widely known service organizations. Like those clubs, Ruritan is also a service organization. Ruritan supports urban and rural communities in stress through fellowship, goodwill and community service.
We are an active club of 35 members. I have attached the Year in Review for 2024 which shows what we did during the year. We are very happy to be in such a club. I would like to extend an ENGRAVED INVITATION to you to come visit our club or a club near you and consider joining the ranks of those trying to help others and to support your community.
Capon Valley Ruritan meets at 6pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. We are located on Capon River Rd., less than a mile off Rt 259 in Yellow Spring, WV.
