The death of ‘Miracle on Ice’ Olympic hockey star Mark Pavelich at the age of 63, ruled su***de. Pavelich was diagnosed with a neurocognitive disorder due to traumatic brain injury, likely related to repeated head injuries. He also had issues with mental health stability, being charged with felony assault, deemed incompetent to stand trial and dangerous. 🧠🧠 We are sorry Mark and his family and what they have gone through😔

Concussion 🧠 symptoms wax and wane through the day based on your energy ✨ levels and the demands 📑📇📕you put on your body. “Expose and recover” are words to live by. ☝️ Do an activity like walking, cooking, studying; take a break when your symptoms increase.
