Blessings In A Backpack- Longwood, LI Blessings in a Backpack is designed to feed elementary school children whose families qualify for the federal Free and Reduced Price Meal program.

Blessings in a Backpack is a results-oriented program, designed to feed elementary school children whose families qualify for the federal Free and Reduced Price Meal program, and have little or no food on the weekends. Better test scores, improved reading skills, positive behavior, improved health and increased attendance have all been attributed to the success of this program. We accept donations

by check at money order that go directly to the Longwood School District at:

Or you can go directly to BlessingsInABackpack.org and donate by credit card. Please specify "Longwood NY Chapter" when selecting the school district you are donating to. Thank you so much for your care and concern.
