Today’s Yankton Children’s Choir Spring Concert was such a beautiful and uplifting experience.
We are so grateful for each and every child in the Yankton Children’s Choir who shared their voices today—you could truly see their hard work, growth, and love for music shining through.For the 8th graders, thanks for sharing your special piece to us and we wish you all the best in high school.Thank you for blessing us with your talent.
A heartfelt thank you to all the parents for your time, support, and encouragement behind the scenes. It makes such a difference. And to everyone who came out to support the Yankton Children’s Choir—your presence means so much to these kids and to our community.
We are also incredibly thankful for the dedicated teachers of the Yankton Children’s Choir who guide, encourage, and inspire these young singers. Your passion and commitment do not go unnoticed.
Thank you also to Yankton Parks and Rec for supporting and helping make opportunities like this possible for our youth.
We feel so blessed to have the Yankton Children’s Choir in our community. Please keep an eye out—summer session registration will be opening soon! 🎶

Practice is CANCELLED today, March 15, on account of the Blizzard Warning.

The last practice will be next Sunday, March 22 at 2:00 with the Concert at 2:45. Both in the Yankton Middle School Theater.

Yankton Children's Choir is back for 2026! A fun opportunity for kids to learn vocal skill training under the direction of YSD choir directors Angela Larson and Kacie Bray. Open to all students in grades 3-8, this program will include 9 rehearsals and 1 performance date open to family members. Registration is OPEN NOW up through January 24th.
