Our students have been busy learning by doing!

The Hort 2 students have been working hard planting 1,200+ plugs and a variety of seeds in preparation for our annual plant sale. They are taking the valuable information they learn in class and applying it in a real-world setting as they grow and care for the plants.

Our ANS 2 Companion Animal students have also been getting hands-on experience. After learning about the applications of muzzles, companion animal behavior, and proper handling, and watching a demonstration video and their teacher model the technique, students practiced properly applying gauze muzzles using our test stuffed dogs.

During FFA Week, our chapter also collected over 100 canned food items to support our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

Our sponsorship shirts have arrived and are currently being distributed. A few orders are still pending as we wait for replacements due to a hoodie and shirt being taken, along with an additional order we had to place. Please be patient as we work to get all items distributed as soon as the remaining shirts arrive.

Our ag students have been working incredibly hard caring for plants, learning new skills, organizing orders, and helping deliver items. We are proud of the dedication and responsibility they show every day!

⭐March Member of the Month⭐
Congratulations to our March Member of the Month, Lyndsey Smithers!

Lyndsey continues to shine both inside and outside the classroom through her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed. Whether it’s caring for animals, tending to plants, or volunteering to complete a task, she’s always one of the first to step up and lend a hand.

Even while not enrolled in an agriculture class last semester, Lyndsey had stayed actively involved, selling the most raffle tickets during our raffle and showing tremendous dedication to supporting her FFA chapter.

Balancing school, sports, and a job is no easy task, yet she continues to excel in every area with grace and determination. Her dependability and drive are a true reflection of the FFA motto: Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, and Living to Serve.

We are proud to recognize Lyndsey Smithers as our March FFA Member of the Month! Congratulations, and thank you for your continued commitment, leadership, and service to our chapter and community.
