Last Friday, the Othello Housing Authority invited team members from development partner ORFH, M.C. Lundgren, ZBA Architecture, Adams County and more to help celebrate the Grand Opening of Rocky Point.

This new affordable housing development is workforce housing that serves farmworker households and the vital agricultural industry. We are so glad we could participate in celebrating this win with the OHA! Congratulations!

Take a peek inside the progress at the YWCA's new domestic violence shelter, Rocio's Place, opening this fall. The renovation (aka "adaptive re-use") has transformed the former St. Elizabeth Nursing School building in Yakima.

Set to open this fall, the shelter plays an integral role in enhancing the safety and security of members of our community who are experiencing domestic violence. ORFH is proud to be a partner of the YWCA Yakima in this effort.
