Next Step Housing We develop, own & operate quality, safe, affordable housing in Alcohol and Drug Free Communities for individuals & families living with special needs.

Next Step Housing (NSH) provides quality, clean and sober permanent housing in Yakima, Washington. All NSH properties are Alcohol and Drug Free Communities (ADFC’s). Residents are subject to random Urine-Analysis and Breathalyzer checks. NSH currently owns and operates the only clean and sober permanent housing for large families with children in Washington State.
