We had the privilege of being a part of Stanton Academyโ€™s courtyard opening ceremony!

The students designed, implemented, and created the entire space on their own โ€” from the mural design to the landscaping and benches. We had the pleasure of awarding funds to the Franklin Middle School TSA program to help support student travel to their upcoming competition!

The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national student organization focused on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through hands-on projects, leadership opportunities, and competitive events, students build skills in teamwork, problem solving, innovation, and communication.

We had hour Excellence in Education Awards last Thursday and want to recognize the recipients of the Crystal Apple Awards and the Champion of Youth Award!

Congratulations to Champion of Youth Award recipient Konner Hopkins for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting youth in our community. Your impact does not go unnoticed!

โœจ Student-led change in action at Stanton Academy

We are proud to support Stanton Academy with a $2,000 contribution to help complete the schoolโ€™s beautification project!

This incredible project has been driven almost entirely by the students themselves โ€” from fundraising and planning to designing and creating the space. Their outdoor area will include a mural, plants, seating areas, and a sports section, all thoughtfully developed by students to create a welcoming environment for their school community.

The project is expected to be completed by May 28, and we canโ€™t wait to see the finished result. Thank you to the students and staff for your hard work, creativity, and dedication to making a lasting impact on your campus! Yakima Public Schools
