During the 2026–2027 school year, we’re celebrating 30 years of impact through the YouthWorks Pageants 🎉

For three decades, Yakima Valley students have stepped up to lead, give back, and make a difference for kids in our community with special health care needs. Through mentoring, volunteering, and fundraising through the YouthWorks Council and the YouthWorks Pageants, these inspiring young leaders have raised more than $2 million – one dollar and one miracle at a time. 💙

As we prepare to honor this milestone, we want to reconnect with the faces of impact, our past YouthWorks Pageant contestants and coordinators and YouthWorks Council members. Help us celebrate your legacy!

Today we're celebrating Mary Lynne Brewington and her 29 years of service to Memorial Foundation, Yakima Children's Village, and MultiCare Health System Yakima Memorial Hospital.

Community-builder, relationship-maker, program-champion, story-keeper, history-holder, mission-advancer... Mary Lynne has worn many hats throughout her career, and she's worn every one of them with heart. From supporting Children's Miracle Network and YouthWorks to cultivating partnerships that strengthen health care across our region, her impact reaches far beyond our walls.

Mary Lynne is the person who knows the story behind the story, remembers the people who helped build our mission, and never misses an opportunity to connect others to a cause they believe in.
