Postal regulations state, 15 ' before and 15' after the mail box must be cleared of snow and Ice. Please call the office and complain and advise they are breaking federal regulations (law)(leave message if they dont answer), and please report to the local usps Post Master.
Second time they have failed to clear snow in a week.

Brenda (manager) for 6 years has not been following state health laws pertaining to the domestic water. 6 years is a long time to flaunt the law when as she claims, is the smartest manger around and Never makes mistakes

Brenda managed, after 6 years, to turn off the domestic water instead of the irritation. After restoring the domestic at least 6 hours later, they manage to leave the irrigation on a week past their original Oct 15th deadline.

Irrigation was (per brenda) to be turned of Oct 15th, during the late night hours of Oct 15/16th the incompetent management turned off the "wrong water controls"

Management and ownership is refusing state dept of health recommendations to update the systems to meet state guidelines.
