🌿National Relaxation Day 🌿

Today is a reminder that relaxation doesn't always just happen, we sometimes have to be intentional about it.

Take a few minutes to slow down and reset. Try intentional breathing: Pause, take a slow breath, hold for a moment, and gently breath out. Even a few mindful breaths can create a moment of calm.

Whether it's sitting outside, reading a book listening to music, enjoying a favorite hobby, or simply taking a few intentional breaths, Rest isn't wasted time. Making space to relax can help us return to the things that matter most with renewed energy. 💚

How Will you be intentional about relaxing today?
