One-on-One Literacy Program The One-on-One Literacy Program has been serving the educational needs of adults in Wythe and Grayson Counties and the City of Galax, Virginia since 1987.

Since 1987, the One-on-One Literacy Program has been serving the educational needs of adults in Wythe and Grayson Counties and the City of Galax, Virginia. We have recently expanded our services to include Bland, Virginia. Trained, volunteer tutors meet with students for tutoring sessions once or twice a week at a time and place which is convenient for both. All tutoring, books, and other materials are FREE,
