REMINDER - we are closed on Monday, Sept 7th. If you are experiencing a crisis please call our crisis line or call Holcomb Crisis at 888.219.3910. If you are trying to reach us about your medications please remember that our therapists cannot reach the prescribers when we are closed, if this is an emergency related to your medication please go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Have you missed a recent appointment?? We have recently changed our appointment reminder system and the new software defaults to an email instead of a text. We have heard you and we know you prefer texts over emails. Unfortunately, we cannot control the settings.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is pause. Take a breath. Step away. Check in with yourself. Give your mind a moment to reset.

🌿 Rest is not giving up.

đź’› Taking care of yourself is not selfish.

You are allowed to slow down and take care of you.

A new school year means a fresh start—and lots of big feelings. 💛

Excitement. Nervousness. Hope. Worry. Maybe even a little bit of everything.

As students head back to school today, remember that mental health is part of the school-year checklist, too. Encourage your child to talk about how they’re feeling, remind them that it’s okay to ask for help, and celebrate the small victories along the way.

To all the students, parents, teachers, counselors, and school staff starting a new year: You’ve got this! 🌟

Dellise brings extensive experience in finance, business leadership, accounting, and strategic planning to our Board. Her expertise and commitment to our community will be a valuable addition as we continue to grow and expand access to mental health services throughout Berks County. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Firm Administrator at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys.
