Hello from Chicago! 💜

This week, our team is attending the Child Life Conference, and we are just starting Day 2.

Yesterday was a busy and exciting day filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to meet so many incredible Child Life Specialists from across the country. We loved sharing the mission of Brave Like Me, learning from others, and connecting with people who are passionate about supporting children and families.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet so many amazing people and look forward to another great day at the conference!

Something new is coming to 💜📚

Introducing Storytime with Brave Like Me, a new series where we’ll read one story each week and share some of the wonderful books that were packed by our incredible volunteers during Brave Month.

These are some of the younger children’s books that were included in Brave Book Boxes sent to locations across the United States, and we can’t wait to start reading them together soon.

Every book holds a story, a smile, and a chance to help a child feel brave, included, and loved. 💜

He might not be built for corporate life, but he is perfectly shaped to bring comfort, smiles, and a message of self-acceptance to little hands. Finnegan’s story reminds us that what makes our Brave Like Me kiddos different is exactly what makes them so incredibly special.
