Monday March 17th, 2025

The Chidara Primary School Mutoko school and Fulkan Foundation managed to give children their books on Monday 17th March at school!

Mr & Mrs Kanyongo, Councelor Mr Chigweshe, school staff members and school Committee members were present!

The Stationary items were:

execise books,

pens,

pencils

and rulers

All of the children received books and pens!

Our Foundation, Fulkan Foundation just had another Charity Event for the Chihara School in Mutoko

Chidara School

Fulkan Foundation managed to go to Mutoko Chidara school on Monday 10th February 2025 to donate stationary.

The event was a success.

This time around Fulkan Representatvie Locah Dzimba presented the stationary to the Headmaster Mr Kome and his Deputy Head Mrs Jembere!

The stationary items were:

execise books,

pens,

pencils

and rulers

and also gave out Fulkan T-shirts to the teachers who were present.

Fulkan paid school fees for the pair of twins that were designated to be looked after by the Fulkan Foundation.

We discussed about helping with extra lesson fees to children who have the potential to excel.

Headmaster Mr Kome and his Deputy Head Mrs Jembere were going to call a meeting next week to present the items to their school committee members and promised to give us feedback.

They also highlighted some of the things needed as a school such as:

-Fencing of their school garden for agriculture lessons

-Readers at least 10 books per class

-ECDA and ECDB play center eg swings slides, siso for the little ones!

FulKan managed to return to Mutoko for its 3rd Charity Event to give out Christmas grocery humpers to 26 families.

The Families came to our homestead to collect their goodies.

It was a memorable event getting to spend time with the elderly people.

About 4 grandmothers could not make it to collect their groceries, so they sent representatives.

Mr and Mrs Kanyongo, Locardia Dzimba, Joseph Dzimba, Councillor’s wife; Mrs Chigweshe were there to witness the event.

Fulkan Foundation had it’s 2nd Charity Event at Chidara Primary School in Chitangazuva, Mutoko, Zimbabwe in November 2024 and donated washable sanitary pads, panties and drink maheu!

We donated to 184 girls.

Mrs Jembere deputy Head of the school and teachers and the school chairman were there to witness the girls receiving the goodies!

Mrs Elphina Nharara gave the girls short talk on how to use the pads and also how to wash them.

Mr and Mrs Kanyongo and Tatenda also attended the event.
