This week, our club will be kicking off a summer long Anti-Human Trafficking Educational Initiative, in conjunction with our Rotary District, to help educate our community on what to look for, and who to go to for help.

With the World Cup kicking off in our region this weekend, it’s never been more important to raise awareness of the red flags of human trafficking.

This morning, our club was proud to host a breakfast in honor of our 2026 High School Senior Scholarship award recipients and their families.

Each year, we interview and select recipients from multiple schools, who live in either Wyckoff or Midland Park, and plan to continue their education in college or trade school.

Congratulations to the seven scholarship recipients, among whom were recipients of the annual Rush Family Scholarship, the annual Al Daloisio, Sr. Scholarship, and our inaugural annual Thomas J. Madigan Scholarship.

We are grateful for the continued support of our community and express our thanks to the Rotarians who serve on our scholarship committee!

Last week, we welcomed Midland Park’s first female Eagle Scout, Lilah Thompson.

Lilah completed a fantastic Eagle Scout project that completely renovated and updated the teachers resource room.

We enjoyed hearing about Lilah’s project and we know she will do amazing things next year at Quinnipiac University!
