At 7:42am 3yrs ago McKenna was born and arrived in heaven. I thought I would never recover from loosing her. That day 3yrs ago my life was over, my world crumbled. I didn’t know how to move forward. Here I am 3 years later still loving and missing my angel. I stand so much taller, I’m so much stronger, more grateful, more appreciative of things all because I lost you. McKenna taught me more then any living person could. This year I have decided to start a pregnancy and infant loss organization in honor of her. 3yrs ago I had no motivation to live, now my motivation is to heal and help other moms know there is a tomorrow, there is growth, there is a lesson to learn and this is only a part of your journey! McKenna, my angel; mommy loves you more then you will ever know! I wouldn’t be the woman, mom, wife, daughter, or friend I am today without you! Happy 3rd birthday sweet angel! 💗❤️🦋💐🎉

Some of you may have seen my previous post regarding a holiday give away I am doing for a mom/family this year who has had a miscarriage or still birth in 2019. One of the things I really want to fill the stocking with is holiday cheer. So I’m asking for positive words, poems, stories of similar experiences, anything that might help spread some positive holiday cheer to a mama who is missing a piece of their heart this holiday season! I will write down your message and put it in the stocking. This is free and will make a world of difference to a mama who lost her baby this year. Hey everyone. Thank you so much for liking my page! Some of you may already know my story but I wanted to share it again. Almost 3yrs ago I lost my daughter McKenna. I was 18 weeks pregnant when I found out. I had gone in for my anatomy scan. I did the dna blood test weeks earlier so I knew it was a girl. The ultrasound tech told me after a few minutes that she saw everything except a heartbeat. My world stopped. I knew what that meant but I couldn’t wrap my mind around it. I was admitted to Wyanodtte hospital on 12/20/16 and induced. McKenna made her appearance on 12/21/16 at 8:42am. She was so small, yet so detailed! It was crazy, she was beautiful! After I went home I felt every emotion possible. I thought no one understood, no one could help. I refused Counceling and therapy. Eventually I reached out to a miscarriage group on Facebook and that helped until I thought I was strong enough on my own. Now nearly 3 years later I want to make a change! I want there to be somewhere local that grieving moms, dads, friends, and family can go to heal, share, know they arnt alone. Being able to go somewhere where everyone there has been through what your going through is a beautiful thing, a positive thing. This is my story; please feel free to share yours!

This year for Christmas I would like to spread some holiday cheer to a family/mom who has experienced a miscarriage/stillbirth in 2019.

This year will be my daughters 3rd anniversary in heaven. In memory of her I will be donating a stocking full of Christmas cheer to a mom/ family who might need something to brighten their holiday season.
