We’re building state teams across America and looking for General Managers, Coaches, and Student-Athletes aged 13 to 24 to join us in the first-ever state-by-state business competition. This exciting event connects youth, teen, and adult athletes to careers in various fields like energy, utilities, construction, maritime ports, transportation, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and tourism.

All participants get to Earn and Learn, receiving digital promotional artwork and a customized affiliate link while competing on a live state scoreboard. Plus, there’s a chance to be featured in “Athletes Make the Best Conversations,” a documentary series premiering on Thanksgiving 2026.
