🏒 Exciting news and call to action from the Wilmington Arena Project!
As we continue working toward bringing a multipurpose community arena to life, we’re launching the next phase of our grassroots initiative: a Mobile Floor Hockey Activation Unit.
In short, we’re bringing a knee-high mini pop-up “arena” directly to schools, nonprofits, churches, camps, and community events throughout the region; running an interactive, team oriented, curriculum with our local youth.
We’re currently gathering soft interest from organizations and event organizers who may be interested in hosting future activations. Demonstrating community demand is a critical step as we work to secure sponsors and sell ad space along the rink boards, just like a real arena.
