Jared Gaedt, who suffers with PVL (Periventricular Leukomalacia), multiple seizure disorders, Chronic Lung Disease (Broncho pulmonary Dysplasia), GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease) CP (cerebral palsy) and CVI (Cortical Visual Impairment). Due to his many medical needs he has been hospitalized numerous times, requires many different medications, medical equipment, multiple types of therapies and special care. He is a fighter and is so determined to do what every 10 year old wants to do.
