So glad that all the students and staff from Worthington Christian School will be joining us for Riverfest 2013. Okay parents and grandparents come join them for the day...It starts early 8:30 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m.

Had a great tag day yesterday. A big shout out to my River Fest Royalty (past and present) for standing out there for 4 to 6 hours. Bless your sore feet and sunburnt cheeks. You gals are the best. ♥

What I Like About Nature Poster Contest
Guidelines
1. Poster should be no larger than 8 x 10.
2. It should be made on card stock paper or paper of similar quality
3. Student may use pencils, crayons, markers etc., Please do not use washable markers or chalk.
4. Posters may be laminated or placed in a protective sleeve
5. Posters should portray what the artist (student) likes about nature i.e. swimming, hiking, camping, etc.
6. Posters may be submitted to River Fest 2013 at the Worthington Park on May 23rd or June 7th (raindate)
7. Each competing class (5th to 8th) will have a 1st to 3rd place winner. Each competing school will have an overall 1st to 3rd place winner. There will then be a final judging where 1st to 3rd over all winners will be selected.
8. Each class winner will receive a trophy. Each competing school will receive a trophy. Finalist's will receive trophies with the Over All Winner receiving a $50 gift certificate to Walmart. Ribbons will be awarded to all competitors.
9. On the back of each submitted poster please put the students name, school name, teachers name, grade as well as the students phone number.
