We're always grateful when we get the chance to thank a planned giving donor during their lifetime. Longtime supporter and John Wesley Legacy Society member Ken Scheffel, is just such a person. Ken has a passion for honoring the past, providing for the present, and funding the future. His support of the Ministers Retirement & Health Care Fund and New Church Starts have been nothing short of amazing. We loved getting to see him again at his home in the Great Miami River District to thank him and talk about his philanthropic goals.

But of course the real highlight was reuniting Ken with Maddy and Teddy! When our team originally met with Ken in 2024, Maddy was pregnant with Teddy (see 3rd picture), and ever since, Maddy and Ken have stayed in close contact. Ken had been hoping for the chance to meet Teddy in person and yesterday's visit provided the opportunity. A great example of how meaningful this ministry is, and how much we value the relationships that blossom as a result. Thank you, Ken!

As we near the end of day three of the West Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church Annual Conference, we are beyond grateful for the opportunity to gather with our brothers and sister across not only West Ohio, but across the entire Connection.

Hello Saints! This is such a great idea! Feed your community while you feed yourself and your family. How easy is this???

We are soo excited we decided to bump up the start date for this fundraiser! New Path is having an on-line sale that will help support the food pantry. This fundraiser is unique because you can place an order for the food pantry to give away and/ or for your family (please make them separate orders to avoid confusion and check the box that you intend to donate your order.)

This is available for a limited time, we'll be taking orders from NOW until June 15th. Orders will be delivered and sorted for easy customer pick-up on Saturday, July 18, 2026. An email reminder will be sent, and pick-up will be at the food pantry in Tipp City from 9am until 11am. All items are frozen with an exception to the chocolate covered pretzels. So you may want to bring a cooler to carry them home safely.

We're excited because this is the first time we have done something like this and hope it is very successful. Amiee Beard has been working on planning this since the first of the year.
