Fairness Pennsylvania Fairness Pennsylvania is a statewide civil rights advocacy organization dedicated to fair treatment and civil rights for LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians.

Our mission is to ensure LGBTQ+ people can be open, honest and safe at home, at work, and in the community.

Congratulations Luzerne County!! Tonight County Council voted in favor of implementing nondiscrimination protections that provide explicit protections for LGBTQ+ people and many others!

With the addition of the 330,000 residents of Luzerne County, 2.3 Million Pennsylvanians now have wide ranging protections!

Thanks to all who worked to make this happen, all who told their stories in Council meetings, and to the 7 Council members who voted YES!
