PITTSBURGH!! Thanks for showing up and showing out last Wednesday night for our Career Night event at Olive or Twist!🤗

We started the evening with presentations from Mary Herbert, Practice Manager/Clinical Director at Birmingham Free Clinic about The Safety Net Landscape and Why We Should Care About It and our team on the benefits of working within CHCs, our Primary Care Career Center, and Loan Repayment opportunities. We ended with a night full of networking and future employment connections!

All smiles for our Pittsburgh Regional HR Meeting yesterday!

It was a great afternoon connecting with Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers HR professionals from across the state, receiving updates on Career Center services, learning more about the work of the Three Rivers Alliance of Community Health Centers (TRACHC) from Director of Strategy and Operations Andrew McElwaine, and exploring The Primary Health Network’s innovative NP and MA workforce development initiatives with Mackenzie Fagley, PHN's Provider Recruiter.

The icing, cream, and cherry on top was the absolutely incredible hospitality of the Metro Community Health Center! Thank you for hosting us and for the delicious lunch prepared by your chef. We truly appreciate your thought, care, excitement, and generosity.

Caitlin spent Friday and Saturday exhibiting at the FMEC Family Medicine Education Consortium Annual Meeting in Atlantic City, NJ! 👨‍⚕️🩺

It was great to connect with future family medicine leaders and share more about our Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers CHCs and their rewarding career opportunities. FMEC’s conference theme, “Riding the Waves of Change in Family Medicine,” felt especially meaningful to us - CHCs know a thing or two about navigating change while staying focused on what matters most: providing quality care for all regardless of background or circumstance 😊
