We are Making Progress:

But More Emails are Needed

Community Health Centers are requesting $5 million in funding in the Pennsylvania State Budget (FY 2026-27), to assist in covering the costs of providing care to the rising number of uninsured Pennsylvanians and to assist in covering some of the additional unfunded costs.



We cannot reach that goal without your help! The legislature said they are not hearing from all of you. We need more noise to accomplish this goal. To date 325 people have sent an email to their legislators. Let’s double that by June 19.

Go to the PACHC State Advocacy page and TAKE ACTION ASAP!!! Ask your state Senator and state Representative to send a letter to their caucus leadership indicating their support of the budget ask to support CHCs. Please share the link to this campaign with your colleagues, family, and friends.

Michael is a rising Senior at Penn State University, where he is studying Health Policy and Administration. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he recently relocated to North East, Maryland.

His passion for healthcare is deeply personal—shaped by witnessing loved ones face health challenges and gaps in access to quality care. That experience has driven his commitment to improving healthcare systems and supporting stronger, more equitable care for all.

Outside of his academic and professional interests, Michael enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams, spending time with family and friends, and hitting the golf course.
