As Water Safety Month comes to a close, let’s continue carrying these important reminders.

This video highlights a simple but important message:
🛟 Reach or Throw — Don’t Go

If someone is struggling in the water, help from a safe distance using a towel, rope, pole, or flotation device whenever possible.

As pools, rivers, and lakes become busier this summer, please continue practicing caution around water and take time to teach family members and children basic water safety skills. Reviewing safety materials, learning rescue techniques, and seeking additional training can help keep everyone safer around the water.

Have fun, but stay safe and know what to do in a water emergency. 💙
