Sometimes, the best advice we can offer our kids doesn’t come from us; it comes from someone else. That’s why I love TED Talks for teens.

They’re short, so often thought-provoking, engaging, and some are even downright hilarious, and hold the power to give teens a completely different way of looking at something they might be struggling with.

So, if you have a teen who could use a little more confidence, resilience, motivation, or perspective, I rounded up 13 powerful, must-watch TED Talks worth sharing.

(You might even want to watch a few together so you can learn right alongside your teen!)

During difficult seasons, grief, sadness, fear and uncertainty can affect each of us differently—and sometimes those feelings can become too heavy to carry alone.

You do not have to wait until you are in crisis or know exactly what to say before reaching out.

Oxbow Center’s Virtual Walk-In Clinic offers a place to connect with a mental health professional when you need support. Whether you are grieving, feeling overwhelmed, concerned about someone you love or simply need a safe place to talk, we are here.

Support is available, and taking the first step can be as simple as starting a conversation. Visit our website to access the Virtual Walk-In Clinic.
