❄️Winter’s on its way❄️

Every year, we see folks get caught off guard by the cold and snow. Having a Winter Survival Kit in your vehicle isn’t just a good idea—it can save your life if you end up stuck out on the road.

Here’s a solid list of what to keep in your car this winter:

Flares or something for roadside visibility

Water and energy bars (or some type of non-perishable food)

Blankets

First-aid kit

Ice scraper and snow brush

Jumper cables

Flashlight with extra batteries

Windshield washer fluid and good wipers

Maintaining a full tank of gas/fuel

Proper tire pressure

Take a few minutes now to check your gear and get your vehicle ready. It’s a whole lot easier to do it in your driveway than on the side of the highway in a snowstorm.

If you do become stuck please stay with your vehicle. It is easier to find a vehicle than an individual person!
