**ATTENTION FAMILIES!**

We are preparing to enter the final year of our current 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) grant cycle.This grant provides approximately 80% of the funding that supports our after-school and summer programs.

As we prepare for the next grant cycle, the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) is seeking feedback from families and community members about what is most important to our community when it comes to after-school and summer programming and care.

Please take 5–7 minutes to complete this survey. Your feedback is valuable and will help us identify community needs and priorities as we plan for future funding and programming.

If you see any of these wonderful people out and about thank them for a job well done, Jersey Fowler, Anaya Saavedra, Kelli Frimml, Cora Clark, Jacy Fowler, Barrett Rice, Molly Glanz, Addison Seghetti, Sarah Bishop, Grandma Judy, and Shelbylynn Mccasland. These wonderful people build relationships with over 150 kids, while bending over backwards to maintain a safe and fun environment. WYLC doesn’t exist without amazing STAFF.

**Important Reminder for WYLC Families**

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We would like to remind families of the Worland Community Center Complex (WCCC) supervision policy. Children must be at least 13 years old to be in the WCCC without adult supervision.

Please note that if a Worland Youth Learning Center (WYLC) attendee is asked to leave the WCCC for any reason, they will not be permitted to return to the Learning Center to check back in for the remainder of the day.

Additionally, families should be aware that the WCCC is a public facility where older middle school and high school students are often present. This environment may not be appropriate for younger children without supervision.

Thank you for helping us keep all students safe by reviewing these expectations with your child. If you have any questions, please contact the WYLC staff.
