I’ve always believed that the most meaningful things in life are rarely coincidences. People cross our paths for a reason—timing matters, and when things align the way they’re meant to, you feel it.

Over a year ago, we connected around Apogee—campus dreams, leadership curiosity, and what it might take to build something meaningful. I had no idea then how much would unfold. What began as a simple connection grew into collaboration, and ultimately into a partnership and friendship I’m incredibly grateful for.

Today, we have a beautiful, thriving campus—and it exists in large part because of you. You are the heart and soul of what happens there every day. You show up with intention, integrity, kindness, and gentleness, and you lovingly invest in our young leaders as they discover their interests, passions, and purpose.

I’m extraordinarily proud of the work we’ve built together and deeply grateful to be partnered with you. Wishing you the happiest of birthdays and a year filled with continued purpose and passion 🤍🎉

Week one is in the books, and we couldn’t be happier. 🌟 Our campus feels like home, our community is growing stronger each day, and our young leaders are already showing us what’s possible. From learning the Code and navigating new friendships to working through disagreements and building rules of engagement—it’s been a beautiful start. 💪✨

Coach Bob was on campus Friday leading fitness (sadly no photos this time 📸), but the energy, laughter, and perfect weather spoke for themselves. Here’s to an incredible first week—and all the adventure ahead! 🚀🌱
