To operate exclusively and independently of the Wayne County Agriculture Society as a non profit, exempt from federal income tax under Section 1711.01 of the Ohio revised code, which the Internal Revenue Service has determined to be exempt from federal income tax under Section 501 (C) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Friends of Wayne County Fair Board, different from Wayne County Fair Board of

the Wayne County Agricultural Society, oversees and operates the Buckeye Agricultural Museum and Education Center in addition to accepting donations for the Museum and or the Wayne County Agricultural Society.

Dive into preservation by participating in the upcoming Wayne Soil and Water Conservation District Fish and Tree Sale!

Three delightful events that not only promote environmental awareness but also foster the beauty of nature.

Pond clinic - Tuesday, March 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the Buckeye Agricultural Museum.

Fish sale orders - The deadline to place an order is April 3rd. The fish will be picked up at the Wayne County Fair - Ohio (fairgrounds) on Thursday, April 10, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Tree sale orders - The deadline to place an order is March 13. Tree sale pickup is Wednesday, April 16, from noon to 4:30 p.m. at the Sheep Barn at the fairgrounds. Limited quantities are available, so orders should be placed early.
