Call our Main Office between 8-5 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; Monday and Thursday 8-8 at 330.264.8498 to schedule an appointment. Individuals with a hearing or speech disability please dial 711 to be automatically connected to a Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) communications assistant. For Victim Advocacy, a service to assist individuals dealing with domestic violence and/or sexual assault situations. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8-5 at 330.263.1020

As the Victim Services Manager I oversee the day to day running of the shelter. Meet with clients and make sure we are meeting all of their needs. I also oversee 9 shelter staff employees

I think the staff I currently have makes me stay at OneEighty. I just LOVE my staff/ coworkers. I also just love what I do in general.

My favorite part of my job is coming to work every day knowing I look forward to seeing everyone I work with. Also, when someone moves out of the shelter and obtains permanent housing that also makes me happy.

For me what is unique about OneEighty is all of the kind hearted people working toward the same mission . Working with such wonderful people is very rare. I am blessed to be a part of working with so many wonderful individuals.

I started working here at OneEighty as a PRN in the shelter. I then moved on to being a Victim Advocate. I worked as an advocate for 5 years and then I was promoted to the Victim Services Manager going on 5 years.

The best advice I can give someone for wanting to work at OneEighty is first, it is a wonderful and rewarding place to work. Secondly, we deal with so many different individuals and their needs. It is not always easy but when we can help them in any way it is rewarding. Just remember to take care of yourself as well .
