Wayne/Holmes MHRB Our mission is to provide leadership, support, and funding to community partners and agencies.

The Mental Health & Recovery Board is comprised of volunteer citizens and is commissioned under Ohio law to serve as the local mental health and substance abuse authority for the Wayne and Holmes County service district. The Board's purpose is to assess community needs and to plan, organize and manage public resources so essential services are provided. Our Executive Director had an incredible time last night attending The Village Network 25th annual Sweet Jubilation!

This year's "Viva La Village" Vegas-themed event was a fantastic evening of generosity, connection, and fun. From the dinner and gaming to the exciting live and silent auctions, it was a truly memorable night.

We are so proud to support the amazing work The Village Network is doing for young people and families. It was especially inspiring to hear them spotlight their early childhood mental health services, sharing how their therapeutic models are helping the youngest and most vulnerable members of our community build stronger, brighter futures.

Thank you to The Village Network for a wonderful night celebrating the incredible things that happen when a community comes together for its children!

Good morning! β˜€οΈ The Mental Health and Recovery Board is thrilled to be at the 2026 Wayne County Senior Forum this morning.

We are all set up and so excited to be here connecting with our community alongside many other wonderful local agencies.

If you are attending, the event runs today, September 30, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Greystone Event Center (50 Riffle Road, Wooster).

Tina has been with OneEighty since 2010, supporting survivors of domestic
violence and sexual assault. She’s a Registered Advocate in Ohio and nationally certified through NOVA. Based in Millersburg, Tina provides court support,
resources, and represents OneEighty at community events.
