Wayne/Holmes MHRB Our mission is to provide leadership, support, and funding to community partners and agencies.

The Mental Health & Recovery Board is comprised of volunteer citizens and is commissioned under Ohio law to serve as the local mental health and substance abuse authority for the Wayne and Holmes County service district.
