25th Bi-ennial Induction Ceremony of the Wayne County Sports Hall of Fame. Another outstanding group goes into the hall on its 50th anniversary. Just a little over a month until the Wayne County Sports Hall of Fame inducts its 25th class, the WCSHOF celebrated its 50th anniversary April 22 with the opening of its new HOF, located on the campus of the Wayne County Historical Society on E. Bowman St. in Wooster. Call the WCHS at 330-264-8856 to set up a tour and watch for open houses scheduled on select dates this summer.
