Our heart is for foster youth to experience safety and connection. We specialize in treatment foster care and prioritize sibling groups, older children, teens, and children with medical needs. Our heart is for these youth to experience safety and connection.

Our August First Friday Training was not only full of practical help and information, it was full of real, raw and impactful conversation. The topic was Secondary Traumatic Stress: Preparing Foster Parents to say Goodbye. Heather Huebner shared the difficult and bittersweet truth about saying goodbye to her foster grandkids. Her husband, Rob, also shared some of his personal story. Afterwards, the foster parents wrote words of encouragement for the foster kids and placed them on a poster to hang in the Encourage office. It truly was an impactful evening of connection and healing.

No matter how many times we say it...we still simply cannot say it enough! ๐—ช๐—ฒ ๐—นโค๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€! Our Foster Family Appreciation Event was an opportunity to shower our families with extra love, fun and gratitude as a total of 190 adults and children enjoyed the day at Sluggers & Putters Amusement Park! From rides to attraction, games, food, laughs and fun - core memories were made! We are beyond grateful for our foster families and the impacts that are being made each and every day!
