Sometimes even small things can feel overwhelming.

Stress builds slowly. Anxiety can make everyday tasks harder. Burnout, grief, pressure, isolation, and life changes all affect mental health in real ways.

You are not weak for feeling overwhelmed. And you do not have to carry it alone. Our newest blog explores why everything can feel hard sometimes and what support can look like when it does.

When school is out, kids still need support.

Summer can bring changes in routine, increased stress, isolation, or emotional challenges for children and teens. That’s why Anazao offers summer programming designed to help students stay connected, supported, and growing, in AND out of school.

We’re proud to partner with local schools throughout Wayne and Holmes County to help students and families access behavioral health support when they need it most.

Healing does not always happen in an office.
That is why we are creating space for it to happen outside too.

We're thrilled to partner with NAMI for a new campus that will include a walking path and outdoor areas designed to support mental health in a simple, natural way. Movement, fresh air, and quiet space can help people think more clearly and feel more grounded.

We are building this because people deserve an environment that supports their well-being in and out of the office.

Do you remember someone who believed in you?

The person who saw something in you before you saw it in yourself? The one who cheered you on when things felt hard? That kind of support sticks with you.

Now think about this: Who are you being that person for?

A kind word. A little patience. Showing up.

It does not have to be big to make a difference. At Anazao, we see every day how powerful it is when someone feels supported and believed in.

Be that steady voice for someone this week. And if you need one too, we are here. www.anazaocommunitypartners.org

Helping people find their voice can change everything.

Tesha Taylor joined Anazao in October 2023 as a therapist, working with children, young adults, and parents.

Her journey started with a plan to study accounting and social work. But it quickly became clear—her passion was helping people.

Over time, that understanding grew.

“It’s not about solving someone’s problems. It’s about helping them find their voice… and watching how that changes their inner world.”

That’s what Tesha loves most about her work: seeing someone begin to understand themselves. Seeing confidence grow. Seeing hope come back.

She also wants people to know that there’s no one right way to heal. Growth looks different for everyone. But if you want something to change, you have to be willing to take that first step.

Outside of work, she’s a mom of three, a nature lover, and a proud (and unexpected) cat owner. You might even find her out in her garden, tending to her gnome village.

We are so incredibly grateful to have Tesha as a part of our team at Anazao Community Partners.
