CCA main address in Woonsocket. They claim they provide psychiatric rehab at a facility (nursing facility). They have no license to provide services to those who have rights of refusal. The office is required to protect privacy rights and respect persons who tell them to get off of their property. President Lessing needs to be held accountable for this “ nonprofit” charity organization. It is documented that they inflicted harm by writing a report for false crimes and false crisis. When their patient tried to call the emergency number to speak to their “provider,” she was alleged to have refused. The provider refused to address their behaviors that caused severe harm to members of the community.

CCA President Benedict Lessing writes an article below ( entire article linked to their website). It is the irony of ironies. They were removed from Woonsocket. He claims that people with Behavioral Health issues are serviced by them. So to remove their services, harms all of RI. We differ. There may be false statements about this nonprofit right on their advertisement page. CCA writes they accept Medicare -Medicaid. Medicare denied that Community Care Alliance or providers such as Lisa Roberts, Rebecca Samra or others were accredited Medicare providers.
The Behavioral Health Unit at Landmark Medical Center is not licensed or accredited. Yet it is a locked unit with guards watching over all beds and in locked padded rooms. The Emergency crisis needs to be investigated after fraud reports found.
It is taking the most vulnerable and using them, and their health insurances. CCA employees go into out of town homes unannounced and believe that they can go anywhere they want, otherwise considered trespassing. This President Lessing, author should be doing an audit of this organization, sending patients reimbursements, correcting fraudulent reports, and closing doors.

This business CCA, shows up to write Emergency Certifications with motive to lock up people at LMC Behavior Health Unit and Rehab Center. Except for fraud, LMC have no accreditations for a Behavior Unit. Nothing. They are not allowed to lock people up in their prison type of floor and take their Medicare. A homeowner one day saw two woman walking around her house, clearly trespassing. She watched on RING security cameras. One of the woman removed the security camera. They were in her yard searching her private home without a warrant and trespassing. The Cumberland Police claimed they called this business to work for their interests. Specifically stating that they had the power to go to and inside anyone home at any time and being this private business employees to one’s private home, violating one’s rights to privacy, illegal intrusions by a government and encouraging vandalism and larceny. The intention of the health care worker was to inflict harm by trespassing, harassing, and forcing their services onto a homeowner by actually surrounding her car, falsifying a psychiatric exam, and stating she was forced to be their CCA client. They falsified a false crime of assault. To falsify a crime is a crime. The incident led to false incarceration. They returned eight months later with police to intrude again. The Cumberland Police said they can es**rt this business to her house, claiming they own her house and dictate who she is allowed to speak to.
