We meet every Monday night from 7pm to 8:30pm. We go camping and do outdoor games such as Survival Skills, First Aid, and team Building... In scouts you can also earn a total of a 135 Merit Badges such as Petcare, Robotics or Fishing, Both Girls and Boys can earn scouting highest rank- Eagle Scout!! We now accept boys and girls ages 11-17 into scouting. Come visit us and see what its like!!

Troop 66 is teaming up with our Woolrich Cub Scout Pack 66 and having two fundraisers!

On Monday, September 28, 2026, from 5-8pm, a portion of proceeds from the Lock Haven Wendy's will be split between our Troop and our Pack. Please come support our amazing programming! These funds help pay for camping, service projects, advancements, program supplies, and much more.

We're also fundraising with Domino's! You may fundraise for a specific scout or for the group overall. Your purchase of $20 allows you to buy one large pizza and get one free! The cards are good for almost an entire year, with no limit to how many pizzas you purchase at one and you can order every single day if you want! Final full day at Seven Mountains Scout Camp! ⚜️❤️

Smoke may have changed the schedule this week, but it didn't slow Troop 66 down!

This morning, our Scouts had the honor of raising the flags alongside Troop 325. They wrapped up First Aid and Emergency Preparedness, then split up to tackle even more—two Scouts started Chess Merit Badge while another finished Archery Merit Badge. 🏹♟️

The afternoon brought family visits, a picnic-style supper, and an unforgettable closing campfire filled with songs, skits, and awards. Scoutmaster Ed finally got to belt out his favorite camp song... TOPNOTCHER! 🎶😂

We couldn't be prouder that one of our Scouts received the Scout Spirit Award, while another earned special recognition from the Radar Area for completing all three shooting sports merit badges! 🎉🏅

Now it's lights out for one last night at camp. After a week of learning, laughing, sweating, making memories, and probably donating a gallon of blood to the mosquitoes, these Scouts are ready for home... and especially their own beds. 🛏️😂

A huge thank you to Seven Mountains Scout Camp for their hospitality and making us feel like family!

Thursday update from Troop 66 at Seven Mountains Scout Camp! ⚜️

Only one full day of camp left, and the Scouts are making it count!

Today they hiked 1.5 miles using only a map and compass, finished their pioneering ladder with lashings, and all three earned their Rifle Merit Badge! 🎯 One Scout even doubled up by earning Shotgun Merit Badge too!

To top it off, Troop 66 and our campsite partners, Troop 325, earned the Cleanest Campsite Award! 🏆 Apparently we clean up pretty well... when someone is judging. 😂

The humidity finally backed off... mostly because the smoke rolled in. That canceled the evening activities, but we weren't complaining. More campfire time, card games, and laughs with good friends made for a pretty great night. 🔥🃏

Another scorcher at Seven Mountains Scout Camp! 🥵🌞

The heat and humidity are working overtime, but so is Troop 66.

Today all three Scouts earned their Totin' Chip, tried shotguns for the very first time, and will be wrapping up their Rifle Merit Badge. 🎯🪓

The Scouts teamed up with their campsite mates from Troop 325 for camp service, scrubbing the bathrooms and showers. Nothing says "Scout spirit" quite like cleaning showers in 90-degree heat! 🧽😅

The biggest milestone of the day? All three officially earned the Scout rank through and thanks to the Netami program! 🎉⚜️ They're now just two days away from completing Netami and are already working toward their Tenderfoot rank!

Tonight they're practicing for morning flags and putting the finishing touches on their skit for Friday's closing campfire.

At this point, the mosquitoes have probably earned their own merit badge too. 🦟😂

☀️ Good morning from Troop 66 at Seven Mountains Scout Camp!

Before we start today, here's a quick recap from last night: After supper, our Scouts joined the entire camp for a spirited game of kickball before heading back to the campsite to work on their pioneering skills by building a ladder using lashings. 🪢🪜

By bedtime... let's just say it wasn't the campfire keeping everyone warm. It was one of those sticky, humid nights where even the sleeping bags were questioning their life choices. 🥵

This morning, our Scoutmaster (aka Camp Barista) brewed a fantastic pot of coffee. ☕ If anyone happens to be passing through with a few iced lattes, we'd consider that an act of Scout service. 😎

After morning flags and breakfast, it's another full day of merit badge classes. The humidity is climbing, the mosquitoes are thriving, and our energy levels are... negotiable. But Troop 66 keeps showing up, learning new skills, and making the most of camp life!

Troop 66 from Woolrich is surviving—and thriving—at Seven Mountains Scout Camp! 🌄

Since arriving Sunday, we've tackled swim tests (everyone passed! 🏊), started the Netami program, made new friends with Susquehanna Council Troop 325 (our camp mates), and thoroughly enjoying the singing after breakfast and supper. Oh—and merit badges earned during a heatwave should definitely count double. 🥵🔥

So far, so good... now if someone could earn the Air Conditioning merit badge, we'd all appreciate it! 😄⚜️
