Bronco's Benevolent Foundation

Bronco's Benevolent Foundation Raising awareness and support for pediatric transplant patients and their families. When do you first think about being an organ donor?

When you get your driver's license? Most people don't think about it until then. Where do the organs for children come from then? You can't take an adult heart or kidney and put it into a child. This was something that hadn't dawned on us either. Bronco Reese was born in 2006 with four congenital heart defects. Surgery tried to correct some of the problems but in 2012, Bronco was placed on the hea

rt transplant list. A little over a year ago, Bronco got a new heart. Difficult times like this can rip a family apart. Instead, Scott and Joanna Reese have stayed strong and are helping the families of other organ transplant patients. Sure, they have their ups and down like everyone else but they stay true to their cause. To raise the awareness of pediatric organ donation and to improve the journey of pediatric transplant patients and their families. Scott, Joanna, and Bronco formed the Bronco's Benevolent Foundation and can be found at the hospital helping and feeding families quite often. They host benefit motorcycle rides, gather food and other donations for the families, and visit patients awaiting organ transplants to encourage them just like their friends did for them.

Good morning, I hope everyone is having a productive day. Time to focus on 2 key objectives. 1 Raising awareness and support for pediatric transplant patients and their families and 2 preparing myself for the challenge. 48 states in 10 days will be challenging but not as challenging as organ transplant. I hope you will help with the first objective, reaching the goal of $10.000 and I will do my best to cover the second objective. Any encouragement is appreciated!!

It’s Heart Month!! We used to post every day of this month for years. It’s that important! It can also be hard for those of us affected by Congenital Heart Disease to spend a month of hard reminders about our loved ones. Thankful that KidsatHeart Choa and other amazing organizations keep the torch lit for all things CHD with our kids in Atlanta. So here’s to Heart Awareness, CHD Awareness, and the many warriors that walk this journey every day!

February is CHD Awareness Month! As someone living with congenital heart disease, this month is a reminder of the strength, resilience, and community that comes with this journey. CHD isn’t just a childhood condition—it’s lifelong, and raising awareness helps ensure better care, research, and support for all of us. Let’s celebrate the warriors, honor those we’ve lost, and keep pushing for a future where every heart gets the care it deserves.

Our foundation is overflowing with gratitude for the incredible support we received from Southern Devil Harley-Davidson during their July Toy Drive!

Because of your generosity, Scott delivered toys and pantry items today to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital. 💙

Community partners like you make all the difference, and we couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you for riding alongside us to serve others!

Hi folks! For those of you in our transplant community that know Chelsea, she could use a little hand. BBF is going to see what we can do, but i know some of you may want to help her direct. Transplant life brings challenges to consistent employment and there are not enough resources to cover the cost of living. Chelsea and her sister continue to push through and we want to see them succeed. They have lost both parents and only have each other. Moving closer to Emory is the first step to getting Chelsea healthier and the sky is the limit from there! Thank you!
