A huge THANK YOU to our incredible community! 🏈✨🎉

What an unforgettable night! A massive shout out to all of our amazing chaperones, our dedicated Etowah youth leaders, and the wonderful Bascomb Elementary PTA for coming together to host such a fun, safe, and successful Homecoming dance!

Events like this truly take a village, and we could not have pulled off such a memorable evening without your time, energy, and dedication to our kids. We appreciate the overwhelming support and are already looking forward to doing it all over again next year! 🦅💙

All Games Canceled Tomorrow, Saturday, Oct 10 | Etowah Football & Etowah Youth Cheer

Etowah Youth Football & Cheer Families and Coaches,

I am writing to inform you that the GMSAA Board has made the decision to cancel all GMSAA games scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Because our league (CFL) and GMSAA share facilities, officials, Qwikcut, trainers, security, and custodial services, the CFL has also officially canceled ALL games for tomorrow.

While this was a tough decision, the safety of our players, cheerleaders, coaches, and families is always our top priority. Given the uncertainty surrounding the storm, canceling is the safest and most responsible course of action for everyone involved in game-day operations.

Rescheduling Plan
The league is working on a plan to reschedule as many games as possible during upcoming weeknights, with any remaining games moved to Saturday, October 31, 2026. I will share specific details for our Etowah teams as soon as the updated schedule is finalized.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility as we navigate these adjustments. Please stay safe this weekend!

Best regards,

Etowah Director
Jared Owens

💙 JR. EAGLES NIGHT 💙

Tonight is about more than football.

Before they were running out under the lights at Eagle Mountain, many of our varsity Eagles were the kids standing along the sideline — wearing Etowah blue, looking up to the older players, dreaming about the day it would be their turn.

Tonight, our Jr. Eagles get that same moment.

They’ll watch the varsity take the field, high-five the players they look up to, and get a glimpse of where all those practices, early mornings, bruises, friendships and memories can lead.

And before we know it, these Jr. Eagles will be the ones wearing the varsity jersey — with another generation of kids looking up to them. 🦅

That’s what makes this program special.
One community. One program. One path.

And tonight, we’re doing it in ALL BLUE. 🔵🔵🔵

💙 Jr. Eagles Night

This week’s Etowah Football Uni Combo is proudly presented by the Garrett Potz Mortgage Team. They’re proud supporters of the Eagles, and when they’re not cheering us on under the Friday night lights, they’re helping families turn the dream of HOMEOWNERSHIP into reality. 🏠🦅

They were once Jr. Eagles.
You’re next.
