McHenry County Adult Program (McCap) McCAP is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving a small group of young adults with special needs

McCAP provides day service to young adults with severe and profound disabilities. These young adults reside at home and attend classroom services to include physical therapy, music therapy, and community field trips.

As McCAP celebrates our 25th year, 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 we are incredibly proud to be a stable, active organization that continues to make a difference in our community 🏡

If you know an adult who may benefit from our programs and services, we would love to connect with their family and tell them more about what we offer. 💚 Our staff and current participants are excited to welcome new faces and build new friendships! 🤗

We are also grateful for the support of our participant families and encourage everyone to be part of our fundraising efforts. 🙏🏼 It truly takes a community to keep our programs strong and thriving 🤸🏽👊🏼
