Please come and enjoy the Friends Garden on the east side of our handsome library. The astilbe and goats-beard are in their full feathery glory and the variety of hostas is imoressive. Follow the grassy path toward the back and see the Children's Garden which the Friends of the NWPL also maintains with the help of Natures Harmony. It is fresh as the daisies coming up!

The Friends of the NWPL hopes this post finds you all well and in good spirits as we weather this terrible pandemic. We send our deepest condolences if you have lost a loved one and if you have taken ill, we hope for a speedy recovery. We await word as to when the library itself will re-open.
Our Annual Meeting which was to be held in May has had to be postponed. Hopefully we can gather in June. We hope to hold our annual Puppies & Pooches on Parade at the end of August. We have the permit but we of course need to wait till we have more information.
Please visit the NWPL website for more information - the library is offering many of its services and now has curbside service. Take car - stay well. Even with social distancing we are still connected!
Sincerely, Peggy Fraser, Pres.
