Mindanao Needs Us Now.

The recent earthquake has left homes destroyed, families displaced, and entire communities struggling to recover. In times like these, even the smallest act of kindness can bring hope to those facing unimaginable hardship.

Through OPLAN: D.E.A. (Davao Earthquake Assistance), we are reaching out to compassionate individuals who wish to help provide essential relief such as clean drinking water, food supplies, hygiene kits, medicines, and temporary shelter for affected families.

These are the words from Supreme Commander Sir Emmanuel F. Calairo, KGCR during his 128th Independence Day Lecture in Cebu City today, sponsored by the Cultural and Historical Affairs Commission of Cebu City.

As we move forward as a nation, may we always remember our glorious and powerful past, resolve to act with conviction at present, and prepare for ways forward in the future. Non omnis moriar!

​On this National Flag Day, the Knights of Rizal commemorates the dawn of our sovereignty, tracing back to the historic Battle of Alapan on May 28, 1898.

​In his official message, Supreme Commander Sir Emmanuel F. Calairo, KGCR, reminds us that our national colors challenge us to examine how we honor Rizal's sacrifices in our daily lives—through tireless service, defending justice, and standing up against modern societal ills.

​As we begin the national flag days leading up to Independence Day, let us display our colors with utmost dignity and let the flame of Rizalian patriotism burn brightly in all our communities.

Led by Sir Flo Coronel C and Sir Skai Collo, the Knights of Rizal District 30 is back in action for our "Alay-Tinapay, Bigay-Buhay" initiative. Every Thursday, we mobilize to support the Church communities around us, the Hispanic migrant communities , and our Ecuadorian neighbors in Queens.

From packing to distribution, we are honored to serve as a source of hope and support in our neighborhood.

Knights of Rizal – District 30 Chapter, New York

Anniversaries are more than milestones marked by time; they are living testimonies of purpose fulfilled and commitments renewed. As the Knights of Rizal – District 30 Chapter in New York celebrates its second anniversary, we do not merely count the years that have passed — we measure the depth of our service, the strength of our brotherhood, and the enduring relevance of the ideals we have sworn to uphold.

Two years may seem brief in the life of an institution, yet within this span the Chapter has demonstrated something far more significant than longevity: it has shown resolve. Founded in the spirit of the national hero José Rizal, the Knights of Rizal was never meant to be a ceremonial body alone. It is, at its core, a movement of conscience — a fellowship of men committed to intellectual courage, civic responsibility, and moral leadership. District 30 Chapter has embraced this mandate with quiet determination in the vibrant and demanding landscape of New York. Notable among the Chapter’s achievements are the historic installation of a memorial marker, “DR. JOSE P. RIZAL WAY” in Woodside Ave./58th Street in Queens, the first-ever of its kind in NY State; the publication and launching of the book “JOSE RIZAL: A Life of Learning, Patriotism, and Hope”, uniquely described as a biographical narrative, and the community service projects dubbed “HEALING IN HARMONY”, conducted in Cebu in the aftermath of the September and October 2025 calamities.
